Subprocessors

Last updated: July 2, 2026

To provide the service, nanimail relies on third-party providers (subprocessors) that may process personal data on our behalf. This page lists who they are, what we use them for, and where they operate. We keep it up to date as things change.

Current subprocessors

Provider Purpose Data processed Location
Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC) Email delivery infrastructure and sending-reputation management Inbound and outbound email, addresses, and delivery metadata United States
Cloudflare R2 (Cloudflare, Inc.) Cloud object storage Attachments (encrypted at rest) United States / global

Resend (Resend, Inc.) Transactional email infrastructure Your email address and the content of service messages (e.g., login codes) United States

Planned subprocessors

These providers will be added when we enable the corresponding features. They do not process customer data yet.

Provider Purpose Status

International transfers

Several of our subprocessors operate outside Colombia, primarily in the United States. By using nanimail, your data may be processed in those countries. We select providers that offer adequate guarantees of security and confidentiality.

Changes

When we add or change a subprocessor, we will update this page. If the change is significant, we will aim to give reasonable advance notice through the service or by email.
