nanimail is custom-domain email. We built it for the small business that giant suites don't fit: anyone who wants a professional address on their own brand, without needing a sysadmin or fighting a tool designed for a different reality.

nanimail comes from a simple conviction: a small business shouldn't have to choose between a giant suite full of tools it will never use and an afterthought email it's embarrassed to put on a business card. Professional email is one thing done well: your domain, your brand, and messages that arrive. That's what we do, and that's what we stick to.

We built a complete email client (sending, receiving, formatting, attachments, trash) on an encrypted foundation, with setup pared down to the minimum: connect your domain and start.

How it is built

Trust in an email service isn't asked for, it's demonstrated. Your mail is stored encrypted at rest, sent through infrastructure with years of reputation, and we publish the list of providers that help us operate. The details are written with no fine print:
