Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work at nanimail. It complements our Terms of Service.
Cancellations
Subscriptions are paid in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid and stops future charges. You keep access until that period ends.
Refunds
As a general rule we do not issue prorated refunds for the current period, except where applicable law requires it.
If you subscribe as a consumer, you may have a right of withdrawal (derecho de retracto) under the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011): where it applies, you have five (5) business days to exercise it. Note that this right may not apply to digital services whose delivery begins immediately with your express consent.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or exercise your right of withdrawal, write to us at [email protected]. Refunds we approve are processed by Paddle, in its capacity as merchant of record, to the same payment method used for the purchase.
